Goal of the Season

Seen as its the presentation week lets have your votes for goal of the season.

There isn't a prize for this on Sunday so its just a laugh. The only goals I can remember this season are my own (they were all special!) but I'm sure most have better memories.

I'm opening myself up for this one buts lets also have miss of the season too. My vote goes for Sean last Sunday!!

I think Fiss goal away at Waterloo with his left foot from outside the box was superb.
Miss of the season either Sean's on Sunday or Merc 0.5 yard miss.

I knew this would happen, I have to put the record straight.... it was 6 yards under pressure from a defender and with one on the line. Not as straight forward as it looks!!!!

If only the warm up before matches counted....

One of four really,

Sean's first goal against Fairhaven, great strength and a fantastic finish
OR
Mercer's lob (off the shin pad) against Fairhaven
OR
Fiss's left foot curler aainst Waterloo

But the award goes to neil,

His brilliant volley against the Ship to put them 2-1 up was also a fantastic finish.. the late run into the box, head down, body over the ball, technically perfect!!

Has to be one of the two thunderbolts Wozza scored to destroy Pump and Truncheon. Not only were they both awesome goals but Pump rolled over and died after that. The only victory against that damn team that I can remember!

I remember those 2 strikes from Wozza now against Pump. They probably were the best and the fact it absoultely killed them off.

BEST GOAL: 1st,GOTTA BE WAI.2nd, NEIL OGGY, 3rd, DANCE MATS FIRST CAREER GOAL IN THE CUP QUARTER WAS PRETTY GOOD.

WORST MISS: CAN'T REMEMBER ONE IN PARTICULAR, BUT THE WHOLE HOST THAT WERE MISSED VS THE SHIP DOES WRANGLE A BIT!

This is a tough job lads.
We miss so many sitters and we don't score many rip roarers.

In my opinion.....

Simons wacky header against D&B has to be miss of the season.

Goal of the season. Wozzer against P&T early in the season. His 1st goal. He just fucking twated it and it flew in following a twisty flight path in to the net.

I think wozza has claims for both best and worse worst has to be the 2 yard header against the crossbar, seans bullet header open net or mercers, there are quite a few to choose from that is the worring thing.
Best goal again could be one of wozzas forty yard mazy runs or one of seans bullet strikes or merces goals from inpossible angles, but i would give it to Danny against db builders first half first goal great determination 50 yard run beating 3/ 4 men who where trying to nail him not tackle him and then the finish great goal.

not too sure of the game (altzeimers!!) but defo one of wozza's leathered strikes, think it could be one of two steve mac mentioned, two very similar goals scored in the same game I think?? Miss off the season, not too sure man, we've missed a few this season!!! seano's header on sunday the freshest in my mind!! although one from Dance mat, blasted at the keeper from 3 yards, when he could have passed it into the corner, is returning to memory, can't think where it was like I said altzeimers!!!
