Excelsior agonisingly crashed out of the cup this morning to Progress 4-2. Match report to follow from Fiss
I'd just like to say well done to Progress who were too good for us this morning even after they went down to 10 men. All the best in the final. You were badly let down by the ugly fat tool up front when he got himself sent off, and I for one am consoling myself with the fact that he will miss the final and probably not play again this year. Utter tw*t.
One last thing well done to Fiss for playing for 80 minutes with a deep gash to his shin, for those who weren't in the pub after the game he went to the Vic and is fully stitched up, but been told not to play for 3 weeks.

I agree well done to Progress they just seemed to want it more then us to be honest. I totally apologise too each and everyone one of you for today I just never turned up I'm sorry, I just couldn't get into the game.
I am also sorry I didn't go back to the pub as I too went to the Vic and the doctor thinks I have pull/tore my Knee ligament which puzzles me as too when I possibly did this during the matches cause it didn't feel that bad. But anyway the doctor has told me not to do any sports on it for at least 8 weeks so I apologise lads.
I'll still be there for every game and definitely on the piss up can't wait.

sorry scholesy dont think thay wanted it more than us mate i just dont think we kept pace with them and we just ran out of ideas.and im sure if u asked sum of the progress lads(except alan o fuckwit) thay wud say thats 1 of the toughest games thay have had all season,we all should be proud we gave it our best shot,great effot lads.and sorry about the og,that mite of got into peoples heads that it wasent going 2 be our day!!!!!

The Pain....
I aggree Jon. The result from Pump and Truncheon burns almost as much as the dozen grazes I have on my body from Sunday and the chaffage to my left nipple from the shirts. It is imperative we finish higher than them. Bad news for the Scholes - seems like a pretty drastic injury. Best speak to Carey about the knee thing, he got loads of shit diagnosis' from various doctors so may be worth seein a phsio for a second opinion - particlularly with America in mind.

15 points from the remaining games, easy. There will not be a harder game than the one we had on Sunday. No reason why we can't smash our way to maximum points.

I wouldn't read too much into that result, Autoweld are a liability they probably only had 8 players or something daft like that, there is no way Pump would pull that result off otherwise. Every chance they will fold end of season if not before.
