You can find the club on Lytham Road, at the former St Cuthbert's Social Club.

After completing 18 years as landlord at the Dog & Partridge, and previously spells at The Farmers Arms and The Bull in Poulton, Lee Rooney has invested heavily into developing a city style venue.

Attending the opening night I can personally say the club has a fantastic modern style with friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and great attention to detail. The venue is a beacon of light for the South Shore area and is sure to do well.

The ground floor of Club Excelsior functions as a bar, soon to be serving food at lunchtime and early evening. A 50ft verandah ensures the smokers are catered for.

The second floor functions as a club and will also cater for functions. Regulars can gain access to the club with an issued key fob after the ground floor bar closes.

The top floor is a games room including one small size amd two full size snooker tables.

Club Excelsior is open from noon to 11pm every Sunday to Thursday and noon to late at weekends.
