An Evenining with Steve Kindon - Monday 10th November

Squires Gate are holding a Sportsmens Dinner type evening - details are below. Anyone interested in attending please comment.

As you know, we had to cancel the Sportsmen's Dinner scheduled for last week, due to poor sales. This has left us with a big hole in our budget, and to help fill it, we're going ahead with "An evening with Steve Kindon" in our own clubhouse on Monday 10th November.

Steve is the best speaker I've heard. We're putting on a steak hot pot / cheeseboard, and tickets are £20.

Steve will be conducting a sporting quiz and raffle etc, and I'm sure we'll have a good time. The emphasis is on a more intimate evening than your usual Sportsmen's Dinner; I realise that Monday is an odd night, but we're not looking at a heavy one- we aim to finish by 11pm.

We'll be starting at 7 for 7.30, and serving grub almost immediately. Do you think you might be able to rustle up a small group to support us? 4 or 6 would be fine, as the capacity is only 80.

Your support will be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Geoff

Come on Jon boy 2 large is more than enough support. If he's not making any money from 2 grand then he's too cheap.

Nevermind me not training Jon, lets work on getting you back in a shirt. For a kick off we've none big enough and I don't think the famous one with no number is that forgiving!
